At present there are six large axial pumps in the final assembly of the pump factory of Emile Egger in Cressier, Switzerland for the Munich wastewater treatment plant Gut Grosslappen.

The first tests and performance tests were successfully completed. The elbow propeller pumps were manufactured in a nominal width of DN 700 in gray cast iron and are equipped with a special Rilsan® coating (RPGA 701 LB6.1). These axial pumps have a fiber-repellent propeller profile made of stainless steel and are used to pump return sludge. As a maximum flow, each directly coupled machine pumps 4700 m3/h (20700 US GPM) at 3.6 m (11.8 ft) delivery head.
